Care & Use Instructions

We recommend installation and coloring by a licensed professional hairstylist to help prevent damage, extend the lifespan of your bundles, and protect your investment.

  • Avoid cutting the wefts to minimize shedding. If the wefts must be cut, we recommend using a weft sealer.
  • Wash hair using a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb, scrunch curls, and allow the hair to air dry. The hair will return to its natural curly texture when wet or washed.
  • For long-lasting curls, pin-curl each section immediately after curling and allow it to cool completely before removing the pins or clips and proceeding with final styling.
  • Always apply a heat protectant spray or serum before using hot tools.
  • Take caution when bleaching or lifting curly bundles, as over-processing may alter or loosen the natural curl pattern.
  • With proper care and maintenance, raw hair bundles can last 3–5+ years.

How Many Bundles Do I Need?

The number of bundles needed depends on your desired length, fullness, and installation method. For a natural full install, we recommend the following:

  • 12"–16" — 2 to 3 bundles
  • 18"–22" — 3 bundles
  • 24"–28" — 4 bundles
  • 30" and longer — 4 to 5 bundles for maximum fullness

For installs using a closure or frontal, the recommended bundle count may vary based on your desired look and stylist's technique.

If you prefer a fuller, more glamorous finish, we always recommend purchasing an additional bundle.
