Shipping & Return Policy

We DO NOT accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once purchases are made and order is completed.  Please make sure to DOUBLE CHECK all the items in your cart PRIOR to completing checkout to ensure that you are ordering the correct extensions, texture, and length. All sales are final. We take pride in our great customer service. Please feel free to contact us with any issues regarding your order. 

All orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. You can expect to receive your items in 3-10 business days after processing. Please note, due to high demand, Processing times may be longer than normal for certain items. We we encourage customers to book hair appointments AFTER receiving hair. We are not responsible for any fees related to cancelled or missed appointments. If you need your hair extensions for an important date, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so that we may assist you with expediting your order. 

We carefully review all our orders prior to fulfillment and shipping. All orders are reviewed for fraud risk analysis. If required, customers may be contacted in order to provide additional documentation for ID/ order verification.

Lust Hair Collection by V is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once packages are shipped. Please double check your shipping address and ensure that apt/suite/unit numbers are entered correctly. If you package is damaged/lost/stolen, FIRST contact your local mail carrier service, THEN notify us so that we may assist you.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE NOTE- Customs fees, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout.
